Disclaimer — AXYALE training
This document defines the scope of AXYALE training and the respective responsibilities connected with its use.
1. Educational purpose
AXYALE content is provided for training, awareness and professional-development purposes. It is designed to communicate knowledge, methods and good practice, but it does not replace assessment of the actual work situation.
2. Licences, qualifications and authorizations
Unless expressly stated and verifiable, an AXYALE certificate only confirms completion or successful completion of the relevant learning activity. By itself it is not a legal licence, professional licence, authorization to operate equipment or perform work, regulated qualification, medical clearance, site-access authorization or accreditation issued by a third party.
3. Regulatory and site requirements
Law, industry standards, client requirements and site rules may require practical training, workplace assessment, an authorized trainer, an approved provider, refresher training or additional evidence. The employer, contracting organization and learner must verify requirements applicable to the country, industry, role, contract and site before work is performed.
4. Employer and site responsibility
Providing AXYALE training does not transfer to AXYALE the duties of the employer, host company, contracting organization, site manager or any other legally responsible party. Those duties include, as applicable, risk assessment, work organization, operating instructions, supervision, authorizations, competence checks, PPE, emergency procedures and legal compliance.
5. Learner responsibility
The learner must follow applicable procedures, local rules, safety instructions and directions from the employer or site. Where AXYALE content conflicts with a current legal, regulatory, contractual or site-specific requirement, the applicable requirement prevails. The learner must not start or must stop work where safe conditions, required authorizations or required competence are not in place.
6. External references
References to standards, authorities, frameworks, clients or third-party requirements are provided for context. They do not imply affiliation, partnership, approval or certification by those organizations unless this is expressly documented.
7. Content updates
AXYALE operates a review and continuous-improvement process. Laws, standards, client requirements and industrial practices may nevertheless change. Users must verify the requirements in force at the time the work is performed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AXYALE is not responsible for use of the content outside its educational purpose, incorrect application of information, site conditions unknown to AXYALE, lack of supervision, work performed without required authorization, or failure to comply with local or regulatory requirements. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
